I joined a challenge called Holidailies... to blog every day from December 1st until January 1st.
Having finished the Odd Thomas series, I figured I better pick something from the TBR stack that my friends are starting to bug me about reading: Guilty Pleasures, the first of the Anita Blake series. They are going to pick me to pieces because I didn't get into it.
It was fun as a one-time read but I won't get into the series, I regret to say.
Next up: The Zookeeper's Wife by Diane Ackerman...
It's kind of refreshing to be TV free.

Laurell would be the first to say that her books aren't for everyone. You have to read what you enjoy. I'm glad you at least tried it. :)
