w.w.w. wednesday

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading? I'm reading The Serpent In The Garden by Janet Gleeson

• What did you recently finish reading? a re-read of A Tale Of Two Cities by Charles Dickens and I also read The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle by Avi

• What do you think you’ll read next? 11/22/63 by Stephen King... it's at the top of my To Be Read list!

I played, too. I'm toying with 11/22/63 ... actually reading it this time. But I think I'll go with the latest Cornwell so I can get it out of the way before any spoilers make my way.

I'm stuck in a history groove right now, and after I finish these library books, I'll be diving into the Charlotte Doyle book you recommended. It's working for me, so I may as well stick with the theme. :)

Eventually I'll probably read 11/22/63, but I'm not in a hurry.

Never Let Go -- I liked the writing. Some of the moments Kathy H described really stayed with me. And oh, when she and Tommy finally understood how the rest of the world viewed them, what life was life for the ones not from Hailsham, broke my heart! But I thought the pace was plodding. Maybe because I saw the movie already.

Your turn!
